How long does each therapy session take?
Therapy sessions are typically 1 hour long and clients usually like to be seen on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. It is ultimately on a case by case basis. We will work together to figure out what fits your needs the best.
How will I connect with you for our video visit?
During our initial session I will go into great detail about the structure of our appointments. You will need to have computer or mobile phone access with internet in order to start services. A connection link will be sent to your cell phone or email address before your scheduled session. When it is time for your session, all you have to do is click the link and you will be connected!
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
At this time we are not offering any sliding scale rates.
Do you take health insurance?
Yes, at this time we take United Healthcare, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
